  • How do we charge based on the page if the file format does not have a page count?

    We will count 2500 characters as one page.

  • Support Scanned PDF format

    Yes, we can! we support PDF documents containing scanned image content from 68 source languages into 87 target languages

  • Refund policy

    Refunds will be issued asap upon malfunctions of our system. We will not be able to issue refunds for translations that had low accuracy or non-translatable file (scanned PDF, or images)
